House of Mind Psychologist Candice de Jager is a trained Autism and ADHD diagnostician who is committed to providing affirming assessments. Cognitive and Learning Assessments are also available.

Life can be full of ups and downs. At House of Mind, we have an authentic, client-centered and results-focused approach to counselling. We offer both face-to face and Telehealth online appointments.

Clinical supervision and professional mentorship is available to professionals, including AHPRA board-approved supervision for those moving through their internship journeys.
We are based in Perth, Western Australia.

House of Mind operates at two locations. Kate is based at 3/1 Almondbury St, Mount Lawley and Candice sees clients for assessment in Caversham.
