Therapy is an investment in mental wellbeing.

Our one-off initial consultation fee is $290 and all sessions thereafter are $240/hour. 

Mental Health Care Plans are easy to arrange through your GP. Under this plan, you are eligible for 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. We require a copy of this plan in order to apply the rebate. 

The current Registered Psychologist rebate is $96.65 and the Social Worker rebate is $85.20.

Assessment fees are based on the number of hours involved. If you are unsure about which assessment you need, booking an initial consultation is the best first step. Candice will take a developmental history and work with you to create a suitable assessment plan. 

Under the Helping Children with Autism program, Medicare items are available for assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management for children under 13 years.

In order to access this support, a referral by Paediatrician for Autism assessment is required, which provides a rebate of $92.90 for up to four assessments. Once assessment is complete and a diagnosis is given, the program enables up to 20 rebated sessions in a calendar year from Allied Health professionals, such as psychologists, speech pathologists and occupational therapists

Many private health funds offer rebates for psychological services. You may be able to use this rebate to reduce the cost of sessions once you have exhausted your mental health care plan. Please contact your health fund for details.

We welcome NDIS participants who have funding allocated for psychological services and assessment. To confirm whether you are eligible for funded services, please refer to your plan or contact the NDIA on 1800 800 110.

Supervision fees are generally based on hourly rate ($220), however may be adjusted depending on experience, frequency and administrative requirements.

We send out an SMS reminder for appointments 3 days in advance. If you are unable to attend an appointment we request that at least 48 hours notice be given via phone or email to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are charged at 50% of the appointment fee.
